Permanently Beautiful reserves the right not to tattoo anyone who has contraindications of Cosmetic Tattooing.
A $50 deposit is required when booking an appointment. Deposits are nonrefundable and nontransferable. The remaining balance will be due on the day of the appointment (prices are listed). Please make sure to double check the procedure, date, and time you are booking.
We accept payment by VISA, MasterCard or Cash. On all card payments 2% surcharge will apply
All deposits are NONREFUNDABLE. With 1 week notice prior to cancellation the deposit may be transferred to next appointment. However, it is not the artist's responsibility to find you another spot. You will have to rebook through the online booking system.
We only allow a client to reschedule their appointment once.
If less than 72 hours notice given prior to your appointment in case you are unable to attend to your appointment we will require 50% of the full procedure price to be paid and an invoice will be sent.
If you need to reschedule a prebooked 2 month touchup please take into consideration we book 2 months in advance. So if you can't make it to your first touchup appointment you may be then need to rebook in for a 3-12 months touch up instead. Extra charges will apply.
We can not take you if you are more then 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment. This will be considered as a no show and 50% of the full procedure price will be charged.
Any new or existing clients who fail to show without verbal or written notice will be charge 50% of the service booked though their credit card on file.
We require a full face high quality picture of your existing tattoo prior to your appointment, if you show up without sending us picture you will be charged as a NO SHOW.
Procedural and skin types vary, as does the level of aftercare taken by clients. The outcome of the procedure can be affected by this as well as by the symmetry of the facial features, the skin type and tone, underlying blood vessels etc. Whilst every effort is taken to ensure the best possible result, we unfortunately cannot guarantee results. We will always do our best to rectify or adjust where deemed necessary to get the outcome that you desire
Intradermal procedures require the full concentration of your technician. In the interest of you receiving her undivided attention, as well as hygiene and health & safety reasons, children and minors are not permitted in the studio during a procedure. They also unfortunately cannot be left unattended outside of the studio. We therefore request that you make suitable arrangements for off site childcare.
We kindly ask that mobile phones and other portable devices be switched off for the entire duration of the appointment. Treatments can last up to 2 hours and these requests are made in order that you can fully relax and enjoy your treatment, whilst your technician gives you her best and undivided attention. Your co-operation is greatly appreciated!
